Our passion is to create spaces that are not only Innovative, Explorative and Cost Effective but most importantly Functional. With almost 15 years in the design industry, we bring a fresh take on Architecture that is not only relevant but also based on experience and knowledge acquired.

Building Construction Services

We provide building construction services for a range of building types and infrastructure developments. This involves provision of labour, purchasing of materials and the to carry out the project work from foundation to completion.

Specialist workers/ subcontractors are hired directly by the client or us and given different trade packages to accomplish on the project. Where required, design related services are offered.

Some of the structures we’ve built include schools, homes, commercial properties and Motels.

Cost consultancy

We provide cost advice and estimations for clients’ works at various stages (project inception all through construction to final accounting) to enable them to plan better. The services involved include; Cost estimates, cost plans, appraisal control, tender BOQs, Valuations and cost control during construction, final accounts e.t.c

Landscaping & Gardening

Landscaping ideas, suggestions, improvements and maintenance. We build the landscapes and plant the required grass, flowers, trees, shrubs or any other preferred. We also add other elements such as kids’ playing areas, swimming pools, fountains etc. Maintenance during use of the facility is another service that can be offered upon request.

Interior Design

Through Collaboration with our partner who has over 30 years in the interior Design Industry, we have managed to create spaces with memorable and communicative characters. Our spaces are functional, safe, and beautiful and respond to space and conceptual requirements. Some of the interior design services we offer include;
