Who We Are

Alika Company Limited was formed and incorporated in Uganda on 19th November 1987 to deal in Real Estate and Property Management. Over the years and with the incorporation of new directors, the company has grown to incorporate Architectural Consultations and Property Development.

The Company runs efficiently with the help of 14 permanent staff, 2 of whom are Architects. The rest are employed on contractual basis.

Alika also thrives on collaborations and has successfully completed a number of Interior Design and Landscaping projects in this way.

Alika is destined to become the preferred choice for investors and developers pertaining to project management, Construction, Design and Cost services in Uganda. Alika’s designs cater to each client’s preferences and its experienced team offers valuable guidance to clients and organisations on planning, design and construction issues.
